The big budget drama of Alia Bhatt is produced by Bhansali Productions and the movie was released in Hindi and Telugu. It is based on a chapter from the novel Mafia Queens of Mumbai penned by S Hussain Zaidi. Prakash Kapadia and Utkarshini Vashiishtha penned the dialogues.
