Samastipur :- As soon as the CSP opened on Sunday morning at the block headquarters square of Warisnagar police station area of Samastipur district, the miscreants attacked and shot and injured the CSP operator and fled with a bag full of money from him. It has been told that there is about 6.5 lakh rupees in the bag.
CSP director Rajan Kumar, who was injured due to bullet injury, was immediately admitted to Warisnagar PHC. From where he has been referred to Sadar Hospital for better treatment. However, the relatives of the CSP operator have been admitted to a private clinic in the city. On the other hand, the Warisnagar police, who reached the information of the incident, have started investigating the matter.
The injured CSP operator has been told to be a resident of Bariyarpur village of Warisnagar police station area. In relation to the incident, it has been told that at around 10 am, Rajan Kumar works as the senior director of Union Bank located at Block Headquarters Chowk. As soon as he opened his shop and entered the shop, at the same time two miscreants came riding on a bike, out of which one miscreant had started the bike, and the other miscreant entered inside the CSP. Tried to snatch a bag full of money from him. During this, when he protested, the miscreants opened fire on him. The bullet hit Rajan in the back. After shooting, the miscreant fled towards Kishanpur with a bag full of money. On the other side, by the time people joined on the sound of the bullet, the miscreant had fled from there. When the attack took place, people gathered around took them to Warisnagar PSC. On the other hand, Warisnagar Police Station President Santosh Kumar said that the police team had reached the spot immediately after getting information about the incident, although the miscreants have fled. A police team is following in the direction of the escape of the miscreant. He said that the CSP operator himself would be able to tell how much the loot was. However, the CSP operator told in the hospital that about 6.5 lakh was looted from him.
